YIELD: 6 CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE
COOKING TEMP: 350F PORTION: 3/4 CP
COOKING TIME: 40 MIN COOKING PAN: CASSEROLE DISH
INGREDIENTS AMOUNTS PROCEDURES
| Mushroom soup : 1 cp 1. Combine soups, milk, chilies and
| Crm chicken soup : 3/4 cp onion.
| Milk lo fat : 1 cp 2. Quarter tortillas.
| Green chilies diced : 2 Tb 3. Arrange in alternate layers in
| Onions chopped : 1/4 cp greased casserole dish beginning
| Tortilla corn : 6 with tortilla pieces, followed by
| Chicken ckd diced : 1 1/2 cp diced chicken and soup mixture.
| Cheese cheddar shred : 1 cp 4. Make second layer in same order and
|. top with grated cheese.
5. Chill overnight.
6. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
